RODRIGUEZ GAVE ANOTHER SUCCESS AT TOUR TO SAN MARCO
Joaquim Rodriguez won the challenge between Spaniards at the finishing of stage 12 at Tour de France. The rider of Team Katusha took indeed the two-man sprint against the strong Alberto Contador, protagonist of a rapid attack on the final climb of Mende, that let him chasing the break away man and team-mate Vinokourov and detaching rivals, in particular the yellow jersey Schleck.
Only Purito could keep his rythm and with his new ASPIDE RACING TEAM CFX managed at best the sprint, beating one of the favourite of this Grande Boucle. Despite shoulder pain because of a crash, Rodriguez grit his teeth and thanks to today performance, he could gain a position in the GC, where now he is eight with 4’58” from the leader Schleck.
