MALLORCA CHALLENGE: RETURN TO VICTORY FOR McEWEN

 

Robbie McEwen returns to win and he does it in the opening stage of the Challenge Ciclista de Mallorca, where in the sprint he was the fastest of all, beating the Spanish Fernandez and Freire. The victory was missing for several months, but the Australian sprinter of Katusha and its team have no desire to celebrate it after the terrible news of the death of italian National team coach Ballerini. “It’s a tragedy what’s happened to Franco Ballerini.
