AGE

We consider the age as one of the factors in determining the choice of the type of saddle, referring to three intervals. You can indicate the class to which you belong choosing among:

- UNDER 30 years old.
- BETWEEN 30 AND 45 years old.
- OLDER THAN 45 years old.

sensitivity to pressure

The perineum is an area rich in nerve endings between the ischial bones whose exposure differs depending on the subjects.
A greater exposure results in higher compression with a consequent reduced blood flow and soreness.
The level of perineal pressure and your personal sensitivity are decisive factors in the choice of the saddle and can differentiate into:

- LOW (No pressure sensitivity)
- MODERATE
- HIGH (Suggested for beginners)

BODY TYPE

Determine your body type using the three-macro categories of the classification known as ''somatotype''. Each one features specific physical characteristics through which every person can easily be identified.

- ENDOMORPH is well-built with a large bone structure.
- MESOMORPH includes all the remaining cases.
- ECTOMORPH is slender with a slim bone structure.
With the help of the pictures here reproduced, you are able to determine the category you belong to.

DELTA SADDLE TO HANDLEBAR

Your riding position on the bike is a consequence of the difference between the height of the saddle and the one of the handlebar. This value is the handlebar-to-saddle delta and, according to the difference (delta), it is matched to one of the three proposed categories:

- DELTA HIGH if the height difference between the upper central part measured on the anatomical centre of the saddle (the point where the saddle is 72 mm wide) and the top of the handlebar is more than 10 cm for road bike and more than 5 cm for mountain bike.
- DELTA MEDIUM if, measuring the height difference between the saddle and the handlebar, the values are between 5 cm and 10 cm for road bike and between 5 cm and 2 cm for mountain bike.
- DELTA LOW when the handlebar-to-saddle delta is lower than 5 cm for road bike and 2 cm for mountain bike.

RIDE STYLE

Our range features two ergonomics types: Waved (curved profile) and Flat (straight profile).

Choose a WAVED saddle if you normally sit against the back and pedal from a fixed position. This profile supports you if pedalling uphill thanks to the rear part slightly raised.
Select a FLAT saddle if you prefer to make a greater use of the entire surface of the saddle, with frequent movements back and forth.
