C.F.R.P. Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic

Shell with carbon percentage variable according to needs or performance required of the saddle. The lengthened carbon fibre reinforces the shell to obtain a very strong, flexible and light material.

This mix of materials allows the shell to keep its shape over time.

NOShuffle

A real revolution.

Thanks to the particular angle of the saddle end profile, rubbing on the adductor muscles of thighs is reduced by 85%, with subsequent relief when pedalling.

This patent also enables the end of the saddle to be used completely as a support surface, for the first time in the history of bicycle saddles, distributing the loads in an optimum way, while obtaining more thrust and increasing control of the bike when cornering.  

Xsilite

 Xsilite is a new composition of materials that San Marco introduces for the production of its rails.
Lighter and stronger than titanium, Xsilite was created as material for research on the Racing Team saddles of professionals.
This new material has a high percentage of silicon (hence the name Xsilite=XSilicon), together with particles of titanium and carbon.
The result is a material with high static toughness, strong like titanium but at the same time 1/10 lighter.
New also in appearance, the Xsilite is changing thanks to a particular finish that also makes it resistant to moisture.
